Hi, I wanted to follow up on this parcel: LO881467415CN

It was delivered to Shenzen Airport twice. Once on 9th of March and again on March 18th but never left for the UK. When could I expect to receive this?

I used a service described as 'ePacket' which had an estimated delivery time of 10-30 days but the parcel has been in transit for 34 days now.

LO881467415CN was rejected by Shenzhen airport safety check point on Mar 18. Not sure reject reason. It definitely delayed the shipping time even though China Post sent this parcel to Shenzhen airport again on the same day. It is still in Shenzhen airport since then.

Right now Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airlines from China to UK. China Post has no shipping space to send so many parcels. It is difficult to predict when these parcels can get shipping space from airline. Please wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives UK. Royal Mail website will show arrival information.

My order contained phone parts - a screen and some other internal components...

After Mar 18, there is No further reject information updated, normally this means it has passed safety scan. your parcel is still waiting for airline space in Shenzhen airport. I believe you need wait some more time. Now it is hard to predict arrival time. please be patient.

Hi, do you have any more information about when there will be airline space in Shenzhen to the UK?

Does the parcel have to go to Beijing or Shanghai first? Thanks

LO881467415CN is still in Shenzhen, no update yet. China Post Shenzhen office has too many parcels delayed there, you might need wait some more time.

LO881467415CN is still Shenzhen airport warehouse. Shenzhen has the worst delay in China. You might need wait another 2 to 4 weeks.
