This item according to your history details says it is on route was at Departure Exports Custom on 11/05/2020 at 14:54. Can you tell me when it will approximately arrive please

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LA984826945CN was shipped on May 5. It was sent to Chongqing railway station on May 15.

Based on our stat report, the parcel will arrive UK between Jun 10 to Jun 25. Once it arrives UK, RoyalMail website will show arrival info.

Just checked your history details and says it has arrived at destination 4 times but checked Royal Mail tracking it has no details of it in the country can you explain why you say it will arrive between 10 June to 25 June?
