Hello,
I've got 2 shipments that seem to have stalled since December. Can you please research these for me?
The tracking numbers are:
UT726679332CN (China Post)
UT721056755CN (China Post)

Both parcel left China Post system for SFO airport,USA on Dec 15.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left China. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service (most sellers use it to ship low value item). Both China and destination country give very low priority to sort and deliver this kind of parcel. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thank you! Where did it go when it left the China Post system? Does that mean it is now in the US Postal Service system?

As I mentioned before, this is a cheap parcel, you can not know where it is now because none will scan it anymore.

As your parcels were shipped in mid of Dec, if you have not got them, they have more than 80% chance to be lost.

If I were you, I will open dispute to seller for refund.
