Dear All,

I have ordered a package (Paintbynumber) in the end of August and I did not received anything and I already paid for it. The tracking system mentioned that the package was sent back to the sender. What can I do now? Are they able to send me back again the package or get a refund?

you need open dispute to seller for refund.

Or ask the seller to reship it if you really want it, and also don't let 6 months go by before opening a dispute with PayPal if you need to for refund.
