What does the entry from October 12th, 2020 mean that the package was sent from the Office of Exchange with location D (Germany)? The package was already in China at customs.

the tracking data must be wrong. Sometimes such mistake happens. please wait one more week and see update.

Please check up, why the parcel is still laying at the same place like on 12th of October. Also the land to ship to is wrong: Germay. The parcel must have been sent to China. Was already at the declaration Department few days ago. Please check now!

The parcel is in Guangzhou customs. Please ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel. If 11185 can not find the parcel, then you need file an investigation with germany post for lost parcel compensation.

Since about 4 weeks the Tracking Information stand still! Please check it up!!!
I've already informed DHL German Post for investigation. But the Problem is on China Post side! Expect a Clearing result and next step! Thanks

Hi, I made an investigation order at German Post /DHL and got the answer, the refund Parcel has to be sent back to me/Germany. But Status at China Post Shows the Parcel is in Shanghai, given to a carrier. Can you please give me more information, what the actually status is? Is it on the way to the receiver or back to me???

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CY285248785DE shows the parcel was given to airline on Nov 17. It is on the way back to Germany.

Return parcel normally is very slow. You might get this item after Xmas.
