I absolutly dont understand why my return is in the status:

宁波, departure 宁波international office ,next station 浙江省宁波international 报关行 （Transit ）

since more than 4 weeks???

Please do something!!!!!

This ist catastrophic service!!!!!

CY280224552DE arrived destination customs. But receiver did not make customs declaration. So the parcel is still there.

Is this a return for refund. It seems that the receiver does not want to make customs clearance and accept the goods.

If this is the case, you need to call your credit card company and claim refund by force.
