Hello, this package seems to be delivered but it's not. Can you tell me who in Belgium took the distribution of the package as it's not the local post office.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AG278266633CN shows the parcel was delivered on Feb 23. If you haven't got the parcel, you are very likely to be scammed.

Many users have reported scams related to such A***CN parcel.

Such A**CN is called China Post direct mail which does not have detailed delivery information. So you can't know who and where the parcel is delivered to. Many cheaters take advantage of this.

A typical of such online shipping scam is that the cheater sells an expensive product to you online, but shipped some junk to a wrong address in your country. The only reason is that he want the A**CN tracking number to cheat your money.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, actually you need to open dispute for refund. If seller has got similar complains from other buyer, paypal will issue you refund and block this seller's account.

Hello, thus that means also that the following website is a scam? http://www.ems.com.cn/english/queryLogistics, how are you then processing the parcel if there is none? Where did my parcel arrive then, according to this website it was even delivered?

the tracking result is real. But your seller did not ship the goods to your home. He shipped something to another address which you can not know.
