Post Ivybycrafts return address

I ordered from this site called Ivybycrafts. I was not happy with my product and am currently trying to do a return/refund. I was told I'm not allowed to do an exchange because it's been 20 days. I have not had it for 20 days and the owner of the site even sent proof that I didn't have it for 20 days. They also refuse to give me a return address.

If anyone has ordered from them and has actually returned a product and gotten your money back or an exchange, would you be able to please share the return address? I don't want to have to file a report with my bank for this, but will do so if absolutely necessary.

Hello!, unfortunately im not sure about the refund and return but how long did the shipping take to your country? Maybe thats the reason why
