I have two packages that are well overdue.

LZ642957139CN - has been at flight departure since the 10th February

Other says it has been at airport since 26 January 91094210311903566703

When will they actually be put on a plane to get to NZ

LZ642957139CN is waiting for flight space to NZ, no need worry. It just takes time(normally waiting will take 2 to 6 weeks).

Once parcel arrives NZ, NZpost will show arrival info.
