Hi, as title states.

There has been no update since the 27th of December 2016. I had 2 packages dispatched from China on the same day although from different sellers. I received one package a few days ago however LX243260025CN has had no update.

Could someone follow this one up for me please.

1. This is the full tracking of your parcel from the China Post EMS site:

2016-12-26 00: 00: 00.0 17: 43: 00 Taicang City, postal delivery logistics companies, corporate customers receive and send

2016-12-26 00: 00: 00.0 18:41:03 Taicang City, postal delivery logistics companies, corporate customers leave the processing center, sent to Taicang City

2016-12-26 00: 00: 00.0 20:46:14 Taicang City left the processing center, sent to Suzhou City

2016-12-27 00: 00: 00.0 04:39:35 Suzhou City to reach the processing center, from Taicang City

2016-12-27 00: 00: 00.0 04:43:47 Suzhou City to leave the processing center, sent to AUMELA = MELBOURNE Australia PC

2. Did the other parcel departed from Suzhou City to Melbourne!!!!

3. I suspect this parcel is doing this:

Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries en route to their destination.

4. I guess you need to wait and continue to track your parcel from the Australia Post site for any new movement.

Hey, thanks for the quick response.

The other package departed Guanzhou and went straight to Sydney.

Sorry to be a pain, but are you able to find out if it's in Australia yet?

1. It's impossible to find out because we don't have a flight number attach to the parcel.

2. Next scan has to be done by Australia Post, then you will know that the parcel is in your country.
