My parcel from Shein with tracking number AG462048225CN is stuck at OUT FOR DELIVERY since a week. I don’t even know which courier company in Australia deals with it now.
If anyone can help me with that. Usually it gets delivered by Australia Post but i don’t even have the updated tracking number.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AG462048225CN was out for delivery on Feb 1. If you haven't got the parcel, you are very likely to be scammed.

Many users have reported scams related to such A***CN parcel.

Such A**CN is called China Post direct mail which does not have detailed delivery information. So you can't know who and where the parcel is delivered to. Many cheaters take advantage of this.

A typical of such online shipping scam is that the cheater sells an expensive product to you online, but shipped some junk to a wrong address in your country. The only reason is that he want the A**CN tracking number to cheat your money.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, actually you need to open dispute for refund. If seller has got similar complains from other buyer, paypal will issue you refund and block this seller's account.

I paid using Afterpay from Australia and have no idea how to block that. Is there any other way to know where it is heading to or who it is delivered to. Any other way to register a complaint …

you can contact seller for refund . If seller does not give you refund or not even response to you, then call afterpay customer service or your credit card company for refund.
