My aliexpress order with tracking number RK485452185CN is delivered with status "India Post Office delivered" on 2016-08-16 17:23:00 according to both Indiapost and Chinapost website but I haven't received anything.

I can't open dispute either because seller can show that he delivered the item. What do I do now?

Hi,
Is it possible to contact India Post to check who picked up the parcel (signature, shipping address, name of the receiver) and where exactly in New Delhi?
