Hello, I would like to know where my package is and how long it will take to arrive. This is my RG017272569CN. When I bought it, it said 7 days to update but nothing

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RG017272569CN shows the item was just sent to carrier on July 14. It is on the way to Peru. You need to wait about 4 to 8 weeks to get this parcel.
