Theres a few weeks that i received my # EV032839683CN i want to know what happen with that because i dont receive any updates since.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

Hi and thanks for the help, now i got my new # EV032861219CN and want to know what is the current status of my package because again it was about 2 weeks since last update.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EV032861219CN shows the item was sent to airline on April 4. It is waiting for next flight to Peru. If everything is ok. the item will reach Peru by end of this month.
