The address for my delivery was missing a few details and the delivery didn't arrive.
who can I contact to fix it?

you can not change the address after the parcel was shipped. the parcel should be consider as lost.

after you have mailed a letter, can you ask Post Office to redirect the letter to another address? If you have common sense, you should know the answer is no.

Are you serious?? I've ordered a package from China to NY and it was supposed to arrive a week ago. The tracking of the package online said that the address was not okay and this is why it didn't arrive. Of course I checked the address right away and it was completely fine, the only thing missing was the name of the business.
If you have common sense, you will know that it should not have been a problem to find the address on the first place and your people were just lazy.
My question now is were is my package now, who can I speak to in order to find it and when can I come and get it? Because, if you have common sense... you should know that packages don't just disappear into the air. And also, you must know that people pay money for those things and you can not just do nothing about it.

please try to help this time instead of trying to insult your customers.
