http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped to USA on Dec 1st. Now is busy season. Many ePacket and EMS parcels are still waiting in US customs for import processing. your parcel is register airmail which has lower priority than ePacket and EMS parcel. You might need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the goods.

Why is it going to USA while i have requested it to Tanzania? or is it a route?

Sorry, my mistake. http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel is to Tanzania not USA. I see you post question in USA forum and guess it is going to USA.

Shipping time to Tanzania is also slow. I believe you need wait by end of January to get the goods.
