Left Guangzhou for Los Angeles on December 13.

These kinds of tracking numbers (11 digits) are China Post Ordinary Airmail, a cheap service for low value items. They don't have any tracking outside of China; USPS delivers them as ordinary mail, without tracking. Parcels like this could take 4-12 weeks to arrive.
