I placed an order with retroactivegame.com for a classic retro game console-upgraded on November 23. The order number is 34350. If I do not get a response on the next 7 days, I will be requesting a refund from my bank. The tracking number is LS184205009CN.

you can request refund now. the parcel is seriously delayed in Shenzhen, you can not know how long it will arrive.
