I paid extra for my order to get here faster and I still don't receive it! Seems like nothing has been updated I just want to know where my package is and how long is it going to take for me to receive it. Please Help

I placed a order with a vendor through Amazon on 3/12/17 my tracking # is LT937087866CN. When trying to track my package it can't be found. Should I have Amazon refund my money
