hi,

the latest information from my guide package RK855501683CN is sent to airline
since January 27. has not been updated since that date 10 days ago. it is normal? 😕
the purchase was made on January 19 and the first status was of day 22.
the package comes to mexico. please, help me with the updates

the parcel is waiting airline space . There is no update during waiting time, this is normal. Waiting time to mexico can take 4 to 8 weeks, you need some patient.
