How do I find out what happened and why pkg hasn't moved in 7days?

the parcel is delayed in qingdao. wait one or two more weeks, it should arrive then.

I had 2 pkgs sent out the same day from China to same address, I received 1 today however the other you stated is delayed.

Why would it be delayed?
