HI: I have received a e-mail from the seller on the 01-02-18 with the mention (SHIPPED)
Economy Shipping from China/Hong-Kong/Taiwan. RG935015760CN track number
I have checked for tracking and I have the mention (no shipping record)
I live in Canada. P.Q

Your seller never sent you anything. After China Post receives a parcel, the tracking number will start working within 48 hours.

Ask your seller when they are going to ship your item. If you don't like the answer, open a dispute and get your money back.

Thanks for the info. I have sent a e-mail to the seller and I have no response
3 days today. How many time must wait before open a Dispute on Paypal?
the C.N.Y can be the cause for the delay to have a return to the e-mail?

I open a dispute on Paypal and 2 days later the seller refund me.
I have no more explanation by the seller..
