My package has been stuck waiting for flight space for 23 days and I’ve read from you that it should only be around 7-20 days, any idea where it might be?

There must be some kind of issue in Guangzhou, no way should waiting times be as long as they are right now. I would also appreciate it if anyone could shed some light on what is going on over there.
