My package left China on 2/2/18 that was two weeks ago and there has been no update since. I’ve ordered from China many times nothing has ever taken two weeks to get to the US. What is going on? This is ridiculous! I think you lost my shoes!!!

EMS to the USA seems slower than normal since late December or so -- sometimes much slower. Several people have had their items take 30-40 days to be delivered, which is terrible performance for an EMS parcel. Not sure what the issue is, but it seems limited to the USA; EMS shipments to all other countries seem to be performing normally.

At this point, all I can suggest is to be patient, and give it at least another three weeks. Nothing seems to be getting lost, it's just desperately slow.
