86306831588 is a China Post Ordinary Airmail Parcel. There's no tracking available after it leaves China. It left Fuzhou on 30 November, I expect it to show up in the Czech Republic by the end of January.

ID18052023565628CN is a form of tracking number I've never seen before, it's not a China Post number. You need to find out from your seller where you can track it.
