I purchased An item on 28 November. My package has been 'with airline' since 8 December at 7.37 am. Nothing has moved since. I keep getting the same answer for the supplier... it is the fault of the shipping and handling people. So please can you tell me why it taking so long? 20 days just sat in An airport is ridiculous. It takes a whole 12 hours and 45 mins to fly to the UK .... not 20 days

Now is busy season, many parcels are stuck in customs warehouse waiting for import processing and sorting. waiting time can take up to 2 to 6 weeks. you need some patient.
