I am worried about my package!

It is very wired that the status didn't change since Mar. 22 2017, that is 4 weeks!! This is a sal package, and I used to receive sal packages within 3 weeks, but this one takes more than 1 month!

Did I lose my package? What happened to my package?

P.S., after reading other posts, I realize that many people are suffering like me, would you please kindly explain what caused current situation?

parcel number starting with CP is surface parcel for heavy item. it might take up to half year to reach destination. You should use parcel service whose number starting with R

This was not the fact...I shipped packages via SAL for couple of years, and their parcel numbers all started with C, they all came to me within 3 weeks...except this one.
And I had an express parcel, its tracking number also started with C, which reached me in 15 days...

Anyway, I am just wondering what caused the delay since March...
