Last update on purchasing website says it left seller facility on December 10. Is it fake?

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Unfortunately China Post EMS has not receive yet your parcel.

2. If you have the tracking number for more then 10 days, then you should contact seller and tell him the tracking is not tracking anything because the parcel is not in the hands of China Post.

3. If the seller does not respond then open a dispute.

4. This is what I get when I track your parcel:

Not Found
China(China EMS)
Unknown
Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with the package sender and check back later.
