Ref tracking no: LT414493641CN
Hello there,
I ordered online (via amazon) on 16th Nov. It is showing current status as "Received by post office" on same day. But after that, there is no tracking detail, also I did not receive the package after more than 30 days. Could you please let me know why there is no progress on my package after 16th Nov? What will be the expected delivery date?

1. China Post EMS site is down, so I had to track elsewhere your parcel, This is the tracking I found:
Number: LT414493641CN
Package Status: In Transit

Destination Country: United States
2016-11-16 22:48 CHINA, Acceptance, Your item was accepted at 10:48 pm on November 16, 2016 in CHINA.

Origin Country: China
2016-11-19 09:11 Guangzhou City, China, flights take off from origin
2016-11-18 14:30 Guangzhou Customs clearance
2016-11-18 02:15 Guangzhou, to the customs
2016-11-16 22:48 Guangdong postal courier logistics international business sales department huadiwan – vote has been received (the embrace cast member name: He Wenzheng, Tel:)

2. I suspect strongly that your parcel is still in China and never departed. the parcel tracking here:
2016-11-19 09:11 Guangzhou City, China, flights take off from origin

3. The parcel departed Guangzhou City but possibly for another City in China. If I assume that it's because USPS was not advise by China Post EMS that the parcel is going to USA.

4. You should contact seller and tell him you have not receive the parcel and the parcel is still in China possibly lost or misplace.
