Hello,
I see the tracking LY925745061CN on Aliexpress. My package has left Hangzhou on 11/09/2018. But now it didn't arrive in United States. I contacted the seller but they didn't response. Can you help me contact China EMS to ask them where my package is now? When can I receive my package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY925745061CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post office to US on Nov 9.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
