Hello,

I ordered a package online over a week ago and it was supposed to arrive by today at the latest. I'm wondering where it is now? I keep trying to track it on multiple mailing services and all of them don't have any information on my package. My tracking number is: 33654897097.

1. I can not find this tracking number anywhere. May I suggest you ask the seller who is the carrier of the parcel.

On amazon it says the carrier is China Post. Also it says that the package has left the facility and is going to the carrier. The seller hasn't responded to me for days either.

1. Has it been more then 10 days since you have the tracking number?

2. If no then you need to wait that 10 days period after you receive the tracking number.

I didn't know about that policy because on the actual seller's page and on Amazon's website it shows the package is moving but I can't see the actual updates. Also it says it's supposed to arrive today "on time." But thank you for your help. I have waited 9-10 days but no updates.

I love LEO Privacy so much, it kept all my things safe especially if my friends/family wanted to see my stuff, now I can hide picture, videos and files with security, thanks. I recommend it a lot to everyone
