I have two packages that apparently shipped on Oct 19 and Oct 24, but I have not received any updates since then. What's taking so long? My tracking numbers are #RK095586901CN and #RK098553672CN.

if no battery inside, no need worry. status no change for 2 to 4 weeks is common. if over 4 weeks, it might be problem.
