Post Where’s my package?

I ordered my item from Nalai & Co on 1st November. The tracking number I’ve been given is RU790358036CN and it shows some movement mid November, but there’s nothing after 23rd (ish) when it was “sent to airline”. Where is it now please, because I’ve still not received it.

Now is busy season, after sent to airline, parcel will travel 2 to 5 weeks from china to UK, most of time it is waiting for airline space and customs clearance. you need some patient.
