My parcel 82740273823 has been at "electronic item recivied" from china post,

But if I look on EMPS Express, it says it has arrived in my country and delivering today?

Who is right? I ordered from Lightake.com and they said that the parcel was shipped out... Its been a month it has been shipped on March 1st to Canada.

Also, my parcel 82844148775 has the same problem. China post says the same thing, EMPS Express says it had arrived into Hong Kong.

In addition, a parcel from Cubezz.com was shipped from Hong Kong Post (No Tracking Number) on the same day as parcel 82844148755. Hong Kong post shipped my parcel in 13 days.

So... Whos right?
