It’s says it’s been sitting in the processing center? My tracking number is LY319366616CN. Don’t understand what it’s doing in there for so long.

USPS website shows the parcel still in "ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS), Processed Through Facility, Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 4:32 pm on June 27, 2018."

Not sure why it delays so long. You can call USPS for detail.

As it has already been processed how long do you think it would take to deliver?

Normally after arrival ISC Chicago, it will be transit to destination city in 2 to 3 days. Your parcel seem to have problem. You need call USPS for detail.
