How long does it take an ems/epacket to come to US from China not including import processing.... just flight time. I'm trying to figure out how long my package has been in the import warehouse. Tracking says it left China export customs 10 days ago.

If import processing is not problem, ePacket can arrive USA receiver no longer than 2 weeks.

USPS does not release the slow reason to public. You may ask them through phone.
