Is this a valid tracking number? LW063433921DE

I am in US, vendor is in China. They claim it is correct tracking.

They say because of Dragon Boat holiday it has been delays but I cannot find it anywhere.
Please check thanks

LW063433921DE is not china post number. it looks like a Germany Post tracking number. But I can not track it in German Post website. It might be fake.
