epacket LK181526993CN hasn't updated in about a month when I look up the tracking, it shows the last scan was "departure export customs" at Shenzhen EMS. Is it still in China? Seller is adamant they shipped it, that it is a problem on the USPS side. Is there a way to get more information?

LK181526993CN might be lost. wait one more week and see if it arrives USA. If not, open dispute to ebay.

Appreciate the response. Is there any info besides the processing through Shenzhen ems? Anyway to know if it got lost in China or lost by USPS?
