Post Tracking not updating

the last update on my package was 11/7 and it says "DELIVERY". it's been 3 business days since then and it's still the same and I haven't gotten my package yet. What is going on?????

EE446081179CN was returned to Wuxi, you can not get the goods. open dispute and claim refund asap.

I ordered shoes on October 24, 2014 and I haven't received them. My tracking just says it was processed through sort facility in Xiamen, EMS, China on October 29, 2014 and nothing else since. How can I determine where my package is and when it will be delivered?

LK235921844CN seems still stuck in xiamen. you can wait one more week, if not arrive USA, open dispute to ebay and claim refund.
