Post Strange situation

I live in USA, and purchased an item from ebay located in China. The seller emailed me saying he would send me a tracking number the next day. I finally got a tracking number from him about a week later. During that time, eBay deleted the item and deleted the seller's ebay account. I'm wondering if this is a scam? Please help! The tracking number is Rh357829481cn.

2. You might want to contact E Bay and they will advise you what to do. USPS unfortunately does not track China Post Register parcel in USA. But because it's a register parcel a signature is required.

Is there a way to see if the destination address is correct? Also, could the seller have the parcel returned to him before it is delivered to me?

1. Impossible to find out the address on the parcel. I don't know if parcel can be stop by seller before it deliver to you.

2. You should contact E Bay and ask for advise in your situation.

1. Yes exactly. Or if they can deliver, USPS will leave a card for pick up the parcel.
