Post Should I be concerned?

Hi, I recently ordered a product from a company by the name of Wenzhou Yachant Trading Ltd, Co. on Alibaba.com

I was given a tracking #: CP266193885CN on Tuesday of this week.

Today when I checked again, it's still showing as "Not Found". I sent an e-mail to a Yachant representative asking if this was the correct tracking number. They responded with: "Perhaps no logistics updates, please be patient, EMS usually 7-15 days to arrive"

Should I be concerned or am I being too impatient? This is my first time dealing with this company and they seemingly have a lot of contacts as well as being a 4th year Gold Supplier.

Thanks!

you can track in track-chinapost.com , if your seller really shipped your goods, it will show location and status within 48hrs of shipment, otherwise it will show china post has not received the parcel

Thank you! It is posting now, however can one explain to me why the destination is to Azerbaijan from China? lol That does not seem like a logical shipping route at all.

Still no updates other than the destination is dispatching to Azerbaijan on Sept 27th. I contacted seller to let him know. He replied with "going to check with forwarder". No information from him since. Can anyone explain why it shows Azerbaijan as the country of destination?

Is it at all possible that he put the wrong address since I live in AZ (Arizona)? Or is that just coincidence?

Also, why does the translate function read "Petrochemical, receiving and sending receiving and sending". Is this a bad translation? Haha

CP266193885CN was shipped on sep 27. As now is holiday season, you need to wait at least another 2 weeks to get the parcel. the status might not change before you finally get the parcel.

Is it normal for a package to go from China to Azerbaijan to USA?

I'm concerned that the seller might have mistaken my address.

CP266193885CN final destination is Azerbaijan not USA. your seller gave you a wrong tracking number. open a dispute and claim refund asap.
