I'm new to this forum and am creating this profile/post because I'm worried I have been scammed. I ordered two products from http://www.authenticmapleleafsshops.com/ thinking that I was ordering official merchandise... Turns out the products are actually coming from China (not necessarily a problem, just not what I was expecting). After placing the order, I contacted customer service to ask if opportunities existed to expedite delivery, as I required the items urgently. They responded and had me pay an additional fee of $12 to ship via expedited FedEx (normal exercise, as I order products from China regularly for business purposes).

Since then, communication with customer service has been incredibly poor ([email protected]). They finally provided me with the following tracking number (LM147026241CN), but as you can see, it's CERTAINLY not a FedEx tracking number.

Assuming this number is authentic, 1) should I be demanding my money back for the expedited fee, or is that a lost cause? 2) what shipping service is this, and what logistics company will be used when the package eventually gets into Canada? 3) should I contact my credit card company, dispute the charges and forget about the whole thing?

Any advice or experience is greatly appreciated.
