My package I've been tracing and it didn't reached the nearest airport since February 23, 2016. No update since then. I'm wondering if the package left China or there is a problem?

Can someone help?

RL177151937CN should be waiting for airline space in Fuzhou. It should transit to Beijing or Shanghai airport next week.

about 4 to 8 weeks. Not very accurate.

I've bought this product on feb 6 and it's almost been a month it hadn't delivered. Should I be asking for a refund from the seller?

It could be delayed by chinese new year holiday. I suggest you wait 10 more days and see if you can get the parcel, if not, then open dispute.

seller delayed shipment. http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the real shipment date is Feb 22. shipping to canada is very slow since Jan,2016. you need wait another 2 to 3 weeks.
