Hi there,

My parcel ( No: LX063907508FI ) last state shows "2017-04-26 10:03:00.0 赫尔辛基 export customs cleared" no further updates recently, can anyone help?

How long will it get to Haikou? where is it now? how can I get latest delivery status?

I ordered a parcel many months ago now, on January 20th/ 2017 to be exact. I still have yet to receive my package, all the website says it that it has made it to a different airline to be shipped. I am extremely frustrated and annoyed with this service, it should not take almost 3 months to receive a simple phone case. My tracking umber is RL279659937CN, someone find my parcel and actually deliver it please.

your parcel should have arrived canada long time ago. The problem is that China post parcel is handled by Canada Post but Canada Post import processing is extremely slow. it is very common that parcel often needs 2 to 4 months to be released from Canada Post import warehouse.
