Im having the same issue. My package has bin sitting at "delivered by air transport" since June.15. So how do i know if and when my package even gets to canada if there wont be any more updates? Kinda unfair for people that rely on the tracking number to tell them where their package is. Can you maybe at least see something with my tracking number that im not finding please? RX716926856CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RX716926856CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jun 15. Normally it will catch airline in 2 to 3 weeks after sent to airline. Then it will wait for import processing in Richmond BC. How long it will complete import processing depends on your luck. As per CBC and GlobeMail report, Canada Post often let china post register mail parcel staying in their warehouse for 30 to 60 days without processing . So you might wait 3 months to get your parcel.

Next time please use China Post ePacket to ship goods from China to Canada, ePacket takes only 2 to 3 weeks to reach Canada receiver.

I dont get to choose which delivery method china uses to ship my package. I ordered off a site, it said it ships from china, thats all the info i got.
