I placed order a month ago n still have not recieved it. How do i go about getting a refund because as of now i do not want the items but wish to get my money returned. I understand that COVID-19 has affected everything but a month is entirely long with not being able to talk with someone either through chat, e-mail or on phone. I kist want m6 money refunded immediately

your seller did not ship your goods in time. http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows he just shipped the goods on April 23. You have long time to wait.

If you paid with paypal, you can open dispute to paypal for refund.

yes. the parcel is still in China, you need wait at least 20 to 30 days to get the parcel, in worst case, 2 months.
