Post Possible Fake Tracking Number?

Ordered something from eBay on July 28th, was given this tracking number 66232755913, it doesn't seem to work on any of the tracking sites EX chinapost or any Canadian postage tracking. is a fake?

66232755913 is fake number. You should open dispute to ebay against fraud shipment.
