Hello,

Could you please help me track my parcel: CX150307750US ??
The latest status on USPS site is

"May 21, 2016 , 10:57 am Processed Through Facility CHINA
Your item was processed through a facility in CHINA on May 21, 2016 at 10:57 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination."

Not sure why it is still not delivered after two weeks. Is it still in the Custom or stuck at somewhere?

1. If your look closely at the tracking at USPS. Your parcel was returned back to China.

2. That is what I see here:
May 20, 2016 , 4:17 pm
Departed Shanghai, CHINA

May 19, 2016 , 10:39 am
Departed
Chicago, UNITED STATES

May 18, 2016 , 11:18 am
Arrived
Chicago, UNITED STATES

May 18, 2016 , 7:19 am
Processed Through Facility
ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)

3. There might have been a problem with your address or your parcel was refuse entry in USA

4. You might want to call USPS for explanation.

I shipped it from USA to China. What do you mean it was returned back to China? Can you help me check where it is at now?

1. Sorry about that, here is the tracking in China:
Parcel No.CX150307750US tracking result
2016-05-19 02:16:00.0 芝加哥 export customs cleared
2016-05-21 10:57:32.0 Shanghai Transit Station import customs scan
2016-05-21 12:33:17.0 Shanghai Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-05-23 10:45:20.0 Tianjin Transit Station import customs scan
2016-05-23 10:47:38.0 Tianjin Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

2. May I suggest the recipient call China Post Hot Line: 11185, to find out were is the parcel at.

1. Then next thing to do in call USPS so they can launch an investigation action against the parcel to China Post.

2. Hope it will give result for your parcel.
