Dear friend,
Please help me checking exactly the status of my parcel. I check it so many times but I see it's not change anymore. Is it have something wrong? I asked the shipper they answered it's on the way to me. But 2 weeks more (04/10/2014), it doesn't change the status. I really don't know how. Pls help me to check. Thank you so much.

I waited so long but it's still like that.I dont know is it pass the security customs?

if next week you still do not get the parcel, it should have been rejected by customs officer for safety or copyright reason. you have to open a dispute and let seller compensate the loss.

Can you help me to check again? I see the status is "Sent to Airline" and the location is FOC. Like that is it pass the security custom? And is it sent to the U.S?

normally parcel to USA should arrive within 3 weeks. your parcel seems stuck in customs, it should have something which is not allowed by customs.
