4. I suspect your parcel is possibly at US Customs getting clear. If the parcel is arriving at the West Coast, there is a hold up there for Customs Office because to much parcel are getting in.

3. I suspect your parcel arrive in USA and is possibly at the Customs Office getting clear. You might want to call USPS to find out if they would know where your parcel is. If your parcel landed in the West Coast there is a delay at Customs Office there, to many parcel getting in USA.
